Dating to the 1950s and a step up from the usual 'atomic' or starburst shaped brooch known to that era, this accessory takes the shape of a rayed sun and is chock full of both stones and pearls. Entirely prong set, the brooch features three layers of aurora borealis red rhinestones along with a full layer of prong set pear shaped pearls all set in gold toned metal. Measuring approximately 2.5" in diameter, the manufacturing style reminds me of Judy Lee pieces. Now more than half a century old, there are a few small surface blemishes on the pearls but nothing that would detract or prevent the wearing this glamorous glitz and, overall, the piece is in good condition and guaranteed to sparkle and bring compliments!

In colors that remind me of watermelon, this pale pink and pastel green thermo plastic necklace ensemble is set in brushed gold toned metal and appears never worn. The adjustable length necklace measures 17" in length and approximately 3/4 of an inch at its widest point. Matching the necklace, the clip back ear crawlers measure approximately 1.5" in length. With no wear to the reverse side evident and with the front appearing as it did when it left the assembly line, this set is in excellent condition.
