With an approximate 8" circumference on the INTERIOR, this bracelet really doesn't have a measurable exterior circumference however, at its widest point (from the edge of the interior arm hole to the tip of the triangle's point on the exterior) the measurement is approximately 1-2/16" - or practically 1- 1/4". But don't confuse the exterior triangular shape with an uncomfortable fit - the inner circumference is round and this bracelet wears as easily as its donut shaped cousins.
