Looks can be deceiving! Against a striped and glittered background this trick-or-treater looks more like Glenda the Good Witch to me but on Halloween night, one never knows. Measuring approximately 1.5" in diameter this vintage inspired ephemera is surrounded by two rows of prong set Austrian crystals; one of opaque black and the other of glitzy aurora borealis. Signed Maximal Art, the frame is constructed of pewter and plated with 14k gold. Individually constructed by hand in the United States, this collectible brooch arrives in a banded box for safe keeping in between seasons.
