All phone calls and emails are returned as quickly as
possible. Aurora Bijoux accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard Amex, personal
checks and money orders. If an online payment is not made, we hope to
see your payment within 10 days
after
the order is placed if paying by check or money order. Merchandise for
payments not received within 10 days will be returned to the general
inventory. Personal checks
must clear prior to any order being processed and shipped.
Most orders ship within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
Layaway
~ We offer a 60 day Layaway Plan. 1/3 of the total price will hold any
item
for 60 days. Layaway deposits are not refundable and Layaway
merchandise
is not returnable. If the initial deposit and subsequent deposits are
not
received within ten days of placing the order and scheduled payment
dates
the merchandise will be released for sale.
Shipping
~ All Aurora Bijoux orders are shipped via USPS Priority/Insured mail
and
the buyer is responsible for these fees. Shipping fees are not
refundable
under any circumstance.
~ Other shipping methods are available upon request however
should you
select uninsured shipping Aurora Bijoux will not be held responsible
for
loss or damage of your purchase.
~ International Shipping Information is available upon request.
International Orders
~ With the exception of Canada, Aurora Bijoux gladly accepts and will
ship international orders when
payment is made via a verified PayPal account. We regret that other
forms of payment can not be accepted
at this time.
Maximal Art Special Orders
~ Should you see a sold/hold sign on a piece of Maximal Art and
have an interest in purchasing the piece, many times it may be ordered
for you! Please remember that Maximal Art pieces are made by hand and
take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to create. All Maximal Art special
orders must be paid for, in full, prior to the placement of any special
order and are not returnable.
We Guarantee Your Satisfaction
~ All items are represented as accurately as possible however there are
instances when holding a piece of jewelry in your hand varies greatly
from
viewing a scan.
~ In these situations returns will be accepted ONLY IF
the return
is made within SEVEN days and a full refund of the purchase
price, excluding the
shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in
the
same condition in which it was shipped. Maximal Art special orders and
items in the Bargain Section are NOT refundable or returnable. All
packages are to be
fully
insured. Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned
will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee. All packages are to be
fully
insured. You MUST notify us of any return so that we will
be
expecting your package. RETURNS THAT ARE SENT WITHOUT OUR PRIOR
KNOWLEDGE
WILL BE REFUSED.
